Glute Builder Program - Strong Glutes for Strong Mamas

My most requested program is now here! Grow your glutes with an actual program designed to build your glutes and hamstrings for more than just looks.
Build the muscle you need for optimal function, power, health and improving life! There are 2 tracks, one designed for home and one for gym.
You will need some equipment for both.

FAQ'S:  
Can I do this in addition to another program at the same time?  It depends, if your other program is total body and you are at the level that you can add on this program or use it for your lower body days, then yes.  If you are in preparation for a competition, and already doing extremely heavy lifting for lower body, now may not be the best time to add this program. Be sure to talk to your coach about this before you add it.  

What about form? How do I know if I'm doing it right?  There are video demonstrations for you to follow.  And at certain times, I will open a bonus feature allowing you to purchase  a group community with feedback, where you can upload videos of yourself for form reviews.

Can I do this program bodyweight?
You're gonna need weights, sis.   You can do this program at home or at the gym, however you will need to invest in at least the following to get started at home:   A set of looped resistance bands  An elastic "booty band"  1 Medium Weight (either kettlebell or dumbbell)  1-2 Heavy weights (kettlebell or dumbbell)  Box or Sturdy Bench.


What about modifications? Although I've included various levels to scale this program, it's not individually programmed for individual medical and physical needs and limitations.   However, I'm including a list of knee friendly alternatives and substitutions that you can try out if lunges bother you in particular.
