12 Week Total Body Program

This 12 Week Program is for you if:

You want that total body tone up! Perfect for women who are wanting a little bit of everything and want total body strength and definition.

With a 3-day program, and a focus on supersets, this program delivers the results you want within the timeframe you need.

No extra-long workouts or crazy one hand bicep pushup squats here. Just effective exercises to train your body into TOTAL M.I.L.F. status.

It is a gym or home gym- program, so you have options for getting your pump on!

FAQ'S:  
Can I do this in addition to another program? If you want to add some cardio or other group fitness classes in, it is possible. 
Remember you can only train as much as you can recover from.
  If you are in preparation for a competition, and already doing extremely heavy lifting for total body, now may not be the best time to add this program. Be sure to talk to your coach about this before you add it.  

What about form? How do I know if I'm doing it right?  I will be adding links to full video demonstrations of each workout for you to reference. Additionally, I also offer a video review package that you can purchase for some 1:1 feedback. 

Can I do this program bodyweight?
You're gonna need weights, sis. While I have other programs that are suitable for home workouts, this program utilizes barbells, machines and a variety of weights. 


What about modifications? Although I've included various levels to scale this program, it's not individually programmed for individual medical and physical needs and limitations.  Please consult with your physician and your coach before beginning any fitness program.
