12 Week Upper Body Program

This 12 Week Program is for you if:

You want your back, arms and shoulders to be stronger and sexier than ever!
 
You are ready to start building foundational, functional strength throughout your entire posterior chain!  

This program focuses on building a strong core, a strong back, and strong shoulders and arms.

It is a gym or home gym based program.

FAQ'S:  
Can I do this in addition to another program at the same time?  It depends, if your other program is total body and you are at the level that you can add on this program or use it for your upper body days, then yes.  If you are in preparation for a competition, and already doing extremely heavy lifting for total body, now may not be the best time to add this program. Be sure to talk to your coach about this before you add it.  

What about form? How do I know if I'm doing it right?  I will be adding links to full video demonstrations of each workout for you to reference. Additionally, I also offer a video review package that you can purchase for some 1:1 feedback. 

Can I do this program bodyweight?
You're gonna need weights, sis. While I have other programs that are suitable for home workouts, this program utilizes barbells, machines and a variety of weights. 


What about modifications? Although I've included various levels to scale this program, it's not individually programmed for individual medical and physical needs and limitations.  Please consult with your physician and your coach before beginning any fitness program.
